Description
SPuntos Centinela is a monitoring study to continuously improve the key processes of PROSPERA, Program for Social Inclusion. The complexity of its operation implies a broad range of actions that involve multiple actors from different sectors of government, during the provision of services and delivery of products to the beneficiary population of the Program.
Through a survey, Puntos Centinela obtains the perception about the operation and satisfaction of the services granted by the Program from members of the beneficiary families, personnel from the healthcare sector, education sector and personnel from PROSPERA.
The sample includes beneficiaries, scholarship holders and personnel of the health units and schools that attend the program´s beneficiaries, as well as dedicated PROSPERA personnel.
The results of Puntos Centinela allow evidence based decision making for the continuous improvement of the operation and the delivery of services granted by PROSPERA.
