Obtaining relevant information about the key processes of PROSPERA, through the measurement of attributes of its operation and satisfaction with its services, from the perception of the beneficiary population, services providers and PROSPERA personnel.
1. Measure the perception of the beneficiary families, service providers and PROSPERA personnel about the operation of the program in 2017 at the national and state levels.
2. Collect the beneficiaries´ level of satisfaction about the aids and supports granted by PROSPERA in 2017 at the national and state levels.
3. Generating strategic information that enhances evidence based decision making for the continuous improvement of the implementation of PROSPERA.
